Members of the Longerenong College class of 1992, 1993 and 1994 were reunited in July this year.

Around 40 former students enjoyed a couple of hours at the Dooen Hotel before heading out to the College where they met Barry Ray, Manager of Academic Programs and former student who talked about the changes at the College and took them on a tour of the farm and buildings.

The alumni were extremely impressed with the improvements, particularly the refurbished rooms and the study centre.

A highlight for many was an exhibition set up in the library featuring photos, old assignments and other memorabilia. College Librarian Jenny Blakeley was thanked and commended for her efforts.

An excellent meal including hors d'oeuvres, main course and deserts was the perfect accompaniment to the bar refreshments... and the conversation flowed, punctuated by shrieks of laughter, the odd tear and many hugs.

It was an excellent evening and the efforts of Longerenong College in bringing it together meant so much to all who attended. All are now looking forward to celebrating 30 years... some already counting down the days.
