About the course
The VETiS program is available to students completing Years 10 to 12 at secondary college. The program is delivered both on and off the job in a partnership arrangement between Longerenong College, businesses and participating schools and normally takes 2 years to complete.
Students are required to complete 200 hours of structured workplace learning. While students can elect to undertake this learning on the ‘family’ farm, the preference is for students to find structured workplace learning away from the family farm so you can experience real-life employer and employee relationships.
